Our Deep Sleep blend was created to help you wind down after a long day, and to encourage your body to enter into a deep, restful sleep. 
 
Perfect when used in a diffuser, or try adding a few drops to a warm bath. Can also be used for massage (add 5 drops of the blend to 10ml of carrier oil)
 
Lavender: Renowned for its ability to relax and promote restful sleep. It also helps to reduce stress levels and anxiety. 
 
Roman Chamomile: Helps to calm irritability, nervousness and tension headaches, helping to aid sleep and relaxation.
 
Vetiver: A natural sedative that is also grounding and calming. Helps to balance you when you are feeling emotionally overwhelmed.
 
Vanilla: Can be used to help dispel general feelings of negativity as well as feeling of anxiety.
