Our De-Stress blend was created to help calm the mind during times of anxiety or stress. The powerful mix of essential oils are all renowned to aid relaxation, whilst helping to lift your mood and promote a feeling of general wellbeing.
 
Perfect when used in a diffuser, or try adding a few drops to a warm bath. Can also be used for massage (add 5 drops of the blend to 10ml of carrier oil)
 
Frankincense: This distinct aroma helps to soothe and calm frayed nerves, and is ideal for treating anxiety.  It also helps to treat aches and pains.
 
Orange: Widely used for its uplifting effects. Helps to calm nervous tension & can lift feelings of depression.
 
Neroli: Has a long history as a remedy for anxiety. Can alleviate the effects of chronic stress, and help to clear the mind.
